Julie Scarlato has been with Hamilton County ESC since 2005 and has provided support for teachers and administrators in curriculum, instruction and assessment. She has spent the majority of her time at HCESC working as part of the Instructional Services Center, coaching and presenting in the region on literacy and instructional coaching. In her work at Hamilton County ESC, Julie has served as Regional Literacy Consultant and Network Regional Leader for ELA. Additionally, she manages the Virtual Coaching service developed at Hamilton County ESC. Julie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Education degree from Miami University, a Master’s in Elementary Education from Mt. St. Joseph University and a Master’s in School Leadership from Concordia University. She also maintains a Reading Endorsement K-12 and Literacy Specialist Endorsement.
